He calls... will she come?
Tui is endemic to New Zealand. They are quite vocal, yet very hard to spot them. In 10 years I probably saw not more than 5-6 Tui. This one was so devoted to its call that it didn't notice me with a camera about 100 ft below.
EDITOR: The Tui is one of the largest birds in the honeyeater family.
