Went birding today in Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties, and one of my target species was an adult Bar-tailed Godwit still mostly in breeding plumage that has been hanging out in Tokeland for the last 3-4 weeks. Success was had, we found the Bar-tail in the mass flock of Marbled Godwits in the marina.
Tokeland seems to be the Bar-tailed Godwit capital of the lower 48, at least 1 shows up there per year, I've seen up to 3 there at a time, but this was my first still with this much breeding plumage.
