This bird has quite a blow to the neck. I could easily fix that with photoshop, but the photo adds some variety to the gallery. Many people probably think hummingbirds are about buzzing around and sipping nectar, and don't think about the fierce territorial fights, nighttime predators, and the daily fight for survival in the wild.
