Male Harpy Eagle, shot at Parque das Aves, Foz do Iguazu, Brazil. The background has been blurred in an image editor (not something I do anymore). The male is significantly smaller and as a result hunts different prey than the female. Since Harpy Eagles raise young together, this is probably a survival trait for times when prey is scarce.
