The Snowy Plover is now the American version of the Kentish Plover. Although the photo is a little 'soft' in part because of the distance needed not to disturb the bird, I like this photo because it reminds me of my trip to Cayo Costa State Park. They were cordoning off the nesting areas, and were starting to kill the island's raccoons.
