Butterfly World calls this the "Southern Bishop Weaver". The Internet seems to call it the "Southern Red Bishop" and Avibase, a great bird database, calls it the "Red Bishop". Later I see it as Zanzibar Red Bishop on their web site. Looks like I will have to go to Africa and photograph one in the wild to be sure.
