Uncommon bird and localised resident.
I was not expecting this species in Kruger because its area is Mozambique and East Zimbabwe. I was totally astonished, but i realised that Shawu camp is very close to Mozambique border. Before this unexpected meeting, i only saw Black-throated Wattle-eye in Uganda.
