The Snail Kiite is a hawk who has a specialized diet of Apple Snails, and uses it's long curved to extract the meat from the snail. The Snail Kite is extremely common in the Pantanal in Brazil, but a few hundred can be found in South Florida as well. The Marsh Trail at Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge is an consistent place to see them.
