Probably the first evidence of living individuals in images (photos and videos) take of this rare species of Parrot present in Colombia and Ecuador. We found 8 individuals (4 males - 4 females) eating and doing different behaviours in two different paths in a location in Valley del Tenza (Boyacá - Colombia). Maybe the most interesting behaviour was to see male and female eating termites so actively. The Spot-winged Parrotlet was found after previous Bibliographic research and motivated to find new species of interest for our customers in Manakin Nature Tours. www.manakinnaturetours.comPreparing Publications - Luis E.
