This juvenile is one of several Crimson Rosellas that were raised in one of my nest boxes this year. The young ones are still hanging around in a small flock - the parents are probably still here too but don't associate with the juveniles any more. These little guys are surprisingly confiding (or naive!) - I was only a few metres away when I took this shot (taken with my macro lens), though he did have his eye on me!
