Is this Zimmer's Woodcreeper or Straight-billed Woodcreeper? The HBW illustration of the north Amazonian Straight-billed shows the head and neck feathers white vs. buff on Zimmer's. The eye-ring of Zimmer's is illustrated as yellow. ProAves writes that Zimmer's has a black head, but HBW illustrates the Straight-billed with a black head. Zimmer's Woodcreeper is found only in the varzea (flooded) forest along the Amazon river and some of its tributaries, which is where this bird was seen.
