The Streak-necked Flycatcher is in a genus sometimes called Fruit Tyrants, and identifiable by the white mark behind the eye (somewhat muted on this individual).
Found above 1500m. More grey head and more streaking around neck than [Olive-striped Flycatcher], which is found below 1500m. Note white mark behind eye.
