I've changed this from Yellow-margined to Yellow-olive Flatbill as the greater coverts seem to have more yellow at the bottom, forming a wing bar of sorts that is not visible on the Yellow-margined. Plus the bird was seen at over just over 1200 meters, and the Yellow-margined is exceptional above 1000 meters according to HBW. Although Yellow-olive Flatbills often have a pale iris, the Ecuadorian and Peruvian subspecies have a dark eye (no information on Colombia available). This bird's medium colored eye might also point to Yellow-olive. Thanks for the help from BirdForum.net.
Note pale lower mandible. Has {wing bars} unlike [Yellow-margined Flatbill] or [Zimmer's Flatbill]. Most races have a light-colored eye. Note broken eye-ring.
