With my Xti I was never happy with below ISO200 but now I think that was just inexperience. Can't go back in time to find out. Now with the amount of light I had here, I might use ISO640 on my 5D. Reading this years later, I now realize I unintentionally was doing the 'frozen in flash' flight photography method.
