White-spotted Fantail - Rhipidura ( albicollis) albogularis a sub-species ( awaiting a split, but still treated as a White-thraoated), will have a Whitish Belly with Spotted Breast-band, and in the region you have taken this picture. This is the one in your image. The Brownish color is a juvenile trait.
White-browed Fantail - Rhipidura aureola, will have a Whitish belly, No spots on the Breast Chin & Throat are Black, Prominent White eyebrow, and Spotted Wing bands.
