Comments: call.   At the time I thought this was Square-tailed Nightjar, since it seemed to have a white trailing edge to the wing, but there are no recordings (on XC at least) that are like this of this species, and indeed, I did not find any of any other nightjars that seemed to be like this either....in very dry arable area with scattered patches of small trees.     bird-seen:yes     playback-used:no   Citation: Frank Lambert, XC366000.
