Comments: song.   Recorded on computer with Audacity software and Gigaware microphone. Juvenile Chipping Sparrow calls intermittently. Habitat: Residential area near deciduous forest and coast of lake. Seems to enjoy the large amount of gravel for feeding. Singing in Scarlet Oak, almost in canopy. Male plumaged, after second year (lots of color). These birds have already paired up for the most part, yet continue to sing. Conditions: Sunny, 70 degrees F, moderate winds.     bird-seen:yes     playback-used:no       Citation: Dylan Pedro, XC310763. Accessible at www.xeno-canto.org/310763.
