Dry Tortugas National Park, Florida, might be the world's most reliable place to see the king of the falcons, the world's fastest bird, the Peregrine Falcon. Florida acts like a funnel during Fall migration, and the Florida Keys are like a needle to that funnel. In October the island, and all of the Keys for that matter, is full of raptors. Hawk Watch International counts over 20,000 raptors passing in about 7 weeks.
